Conclusion: HUAWEI Y5 II is not the most balanced smartphone. What's missing most is another gigabyte of RAM. The battery is not that disappointing, it’s just not as capacious as that of competitors. The camera is also worse. The appearance of an additional key that can be assigned to your needs turned out to be convenient. And the build quality is not bad. If we talk about competitors, then first of all we need to remember the other “Chinese” - Xiaomi Redmi 3 and Meizu m2, to which it is in many ways inferior. If the HUAWEI Y5 II had 2 GB of RAM, it could be regarded as an alternative, but at the same price as the Meizu m2, the Y5 II is not the best buy.

- Charge your phone to at least 40%. It is important.
- In order to flash the device, download the TWRP Manager , you can download it yourself or get it in the archive with the firmware you choose below.
- Install TWRP Manager on Android (installation is as simple as any application)
- Now download the firmware file by placing it on your smartphone’s memory card. The file itself is located at the bottom of the article; first, you can read the instructions.
- We launch TWRP recovery mode - turn off the phone, then press the power button and the volume up button at the same time, soon you will see the inscription “ recovery ” on the screen and a menu will appear as in the screenshot below.

- After that, press back and select Reboot recovery and confirm your action by swiping across the screen (by dragging the slider to the right)

HUAWEI Y5 II looks no different from many other inexpensive smartphones. The dimensions of the HUAWEI Y5 II are 143.8 x 72 x 8.9 mm and the weight is 135 grams.

Thanks to the plastic back cover with a metal texture, the body of the device is not slippery. Mechanical keys have a soft stroke. The build quality is at a high level. The phone feels monolithic.
